PRODUCT INFO

Customers will receive a combination of Steaks, Roast and Ground Beef. An average box will
consist of the following:

  • 9 Steaks (any combination of Ribeye, T Bone, Sirloin, Porterhouse or Round)
  • 3 Roast (Chuck, Rump, Sirloin Tips, Shoulder)
  • 1 5lb Brisket
  • 4 Short Ribs
  • 15-20lbs of Ground Beef

 

Each box represents 1/8 of a whole cow and will consist of approximately 50 lbs of vacuum sealed beef. The above breakdown is an example and may vary slightly for each box. 4 of the 8 boxes per cow will contain brisket, the other 4 boxes will contain a greater amount of ground beef.

Please note that all beef share orders are final sale. Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out with any questions before placing your order.

Please note that we currently do not offer shipping. Beef boxes will be available for onsite pickup once your order is ready. Your beef share will be ready for pickup in about 2 weeks, allowing time for proper aging and packing. We’ll notify you as soon as it's prepared so you can plan your visit accordingly.
