Beef Boxes - DEPOSIT

Customers will receive a combination of Steaks, Roast and Ground Beef. An average box will
consist of the following:

• 9 Steaks (any combination of Ribeye, T Bone, Sirloin, Porterhouse or Round)
• 3 Roast (Chuck, Rump, Sirloin Tips, Shoulder)
• 1 5lb Brisket
• 4 Short Ribs
• 15-20lbs of Ground Beef

Each box represents 1/8 of a whole cow and will consist of approximately 50 lbs of vacuum sealed beef. The above breakdown is an example and may vary slightly for each box. 4 of the 8 boxes per cow will contain brisket, the other 4 boxes will contain a greater amount of ground beef.

Please note that all beef share orders are final sale. Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out with any questions before placing your order.

The remaining balance of $550- is due prior to pick up time. Please keep an eye out for a follow-up email from us with instructions to submit your final payment. Thank you for helping us keep the pickup process smooth and quick for everyone!

Please note that we currently do not offer shipping. Beef boxes will be available for onsite pickup once your order is ready. Your beef share will be ready for pickup in about 2 weeks, allowing time for proper aging and packing. We’ll notify you as soon as it's prepared so you can plan your visit accordingly.

Processing Date: The date your order is sent for cutting and processing. Your beef share will be ready for pickup in about 2 weeks, allowing time for proper aging and packing.
