A $200 deposit for a half share is required for reservation. This will reserve your order and allow us to schedule processing.
After reserving, you’ll receive an email confirmation and next step to fill out your custom order form. We kindly ask that you submit the completed form within 3 days of placing your order to avoid any delays in processing.
The remaining balance will be based on hanging weight and is due prior to pick up time. Please keep an eye out for a follow-up email from us with instructions to submit your final payment. PRODUCT INFO
Share prices are calculated based on hanging price of $6.25/lb. Hanging weights range from 600-700 lbs. A half share would yield approximately 200lbs of take-home meat, and the price
would be around $2200.
All numbers are estimates as final numbers would be based on weight and
build of the steer.
The share would include a combination of steaks, roast and ground beef. Depending upon how you would like the share cut, steaks could include Ribeye, Porterhouse and Tbone OR NY Strip
and Filet Mignon, and Sirloin steaks. For the Loin You could choose Bone In which would be Porterhouse and T Bone or Boneless, NY Strip and Filet Mignon.
For roast they would come from Chuck, Shoulder, Short Ribs, Brisket and Round. Whatever is not cut as a roast would go to ground beef.

Please note that all beef share orders are final sale. Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out with any questions before placing your order.

Please note that we currently do not offer shipping. Beef boxes will be available for onsite pickup once your order is ready. Your beef share will be ready for pickup in about 2 weeks, allowing time for proper aging and packing. We’ll notify you as soon as it's prepared so you can plan your visit accordingly.
